For all domestic orders within the United States, complimentary shipping is provided through USPS or UPS, unless an alternative shipping agency is specifically requested.

For international orders, we work with reliable shipping services such as DHL Express or UPS. Please be advised that international orders may be subject to customs taxes and duties.

Return Policy

“CUSTOM ORDER” watches are not eligible for returns or refunds as they involve substantial time and expenses associated with crafting unique timepieces.

Warranty

Please understand the original manufacturer’s warranty becomes void and is no longer applicable for all modified watches. In the event that you need to request a repair under our warranty, please contact us with your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

Our 24-month warranty offers comprehensive coverage for your timepiece, providing for repair or replacement in the event of any faults, failures, or defects, excluding instances of misuse as delineated below.

Exemptions from warranty coverage encompass:

Any attempt to modify the watch during the warranty period will render the warranty null and void.

Malfunctions or damage attributed to improper manipulation of the quick-set date function.

Damage resulting from improper use or negligence, such as water infiltration due to improper handling of the crown.

Incidents of scratches, dents, or impacts arising from regular wear and tear.
