For all domestic orders within the United States, complimentary shipping is provided through USPS or UPS, unless an alternative shipping agency is specifically requested.

For international orders, we work with reliable shipping services such as DHL Express or UPS. Please be advised that international orders may be subject to customs taxes and duties.

Return Policy

 "SEIKO MOD/CASIOAK" watches purchased from our store are eligible for refunds, provided they are returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the item must remain in unused condition, and must be returned in its original packaging. Please be aware that since our watches are individually handcrafted to order, all refunds are subject to a 10% service fee deduction from the total order amount.

"READY-TO-SHIP" purchased from our store are eligible for refunds, provided they are returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the item must remain in unused condition, and must be returned in its original packaging. All "Ready-to-ship" order refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee deduction from the total order amount.

"CUSTOM ORDER" watches are not eligible for returns or refunds as they involve substantial time and expenses associated with crafting unique timepieces.
